Prices are per venue. Stripe's card processing (about 2.9% + 30¢) applies to guest payments on every plan, as with any processor. Groups with 3+ venues: talk to us.

Questions owners ask first
Does Ozvana touch my money?
No. Deposits, cover and parking are charged through your own Stripe account and paid out to your bank. Ozvana is software; it never holds funds.
Do I need to change my POS?
No. Ozvana runs alongside Toast, Square, Clover or whatever you use. Balances on the night are closed on your POS as usual. Deposits are shown on the booking so your staff apply them.
What about guests who won't pay for parking?
The sign says what happens. The paid-plate list goes to your tow partner every hour. Most lots see compliance within two weekends once one car is towed.
Can the AI host make mistakes?
It only quotes what you set — packages, minimums, nights. Anything outside that (discounts, big groups, complaints) is pushed to your phone with the thread, and it tells the guest a manager will reply.
How fast can we go live?
Most venues are live within seven days of sending the floor plan. Parking is same-week; the AI host needs one call to load your rules.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly, cancel any time. A one-time license is available if you prefer to own it.
